(Even if the internet is unavailable to you can call 561-230-0024 24/7 and leave or text a message or email ticket@cartpros.com.) Once you create a support ticket, your issue is INSTANTLY sent directly to a website network support engineer. Your issue is investigated and rated for point value. If you “pre-approved” points, then a support engineer will fix your issue IMMEDIATLY and you will receive email confirmation of the issues completion. If you have not pre-approved points, your issue is evaluated and assigned a point value and you are notified of that value via email. When you reply, your response will serve as your written approval for cartpros.com to proceed with the support action. Issues can range in value from 25 points and upward.
