EVERY time you used or add points are sent an email at the address you have registered with us acknowledging the amount of point modification, the reason for the modification, and a date/time stamp. This history is stored in the cartpros.com system and may be viewed at any time on your profile page. Go to the CartPros.com website homepage and click on "Support Points History" link on top. (Note: You Must be logged in to use this feature.)

Now that you understand how to purchase and track your Support Points, let’s discuss how to put them to good use! Taking advantage of your support points is very simple. Support Points can me used for many issues. For example; you need to have content on your homepage adjusted, or need to add a contact email. You log in to your cartpros.com account and go to the Support Center tab. This is where you can create a new support ticket. (Even if the internet is unavailable to you can call 561-230-0024 24/7 and leave or text a message or email ticket@cartpros.com.) Once you create a support ticket, your issue is INSTANTLY sent directly to a website network support engineer. Your issue is investigated and rated for point value. If you “pre-approved” points, then a support engineer will fix your issue IMMEDIATLY and you will receive email confirmation of the issues completion. If you have not pre-approved points, your issue is evaluated and assigned a point value and you are notified of that value via email. When you reply, your response will serve as your written approval for cartpros.com to proceed with the support action. Issues can range in value from 25 points and upward. We have experts and specialists all over the world, available around the clock, for just about ANY issue you may have.

  Support Issues Point Rating Chart:
 
Level I
Point Range : 25-50 pts.
  The 25 to 50 pt level of support requires only one 15 minute or less login to hosting server or no more than two file edits. No Remote PC Control is included with this level. There will be minimum email communication.
 
Level II Point Range : 50-100 pts.
  This level of support is classified as the following; we will provide assistance with 2 paragraphs (10 sentences or less) or less via email. No phone communication will be involved. One email communication with our support staff is included. The 50 to 100 point level of support requires only one 30 minute or less login to hosting server (No Remote PC Control) and one email communication to clarify the points to the issue.
 
Level III Point Range : 100-200 pts.
  The 100-200 point level of support is classified as the following; we will provide assistance with 2 paragraphs (10 sentences or less) or less via email (Up to one 15-20 minute phone call & up to 2 communication emails with our support staff) 50pts. to the 200 pts level of requires only 1 30 minute or less login to hosting server (No Remote PC Control) on our behalf and 2 email communications or 20 minute phone call to clarify the points to the issue.
 
Level IV Point Range : 200-350 pts.
  The 200-350 point level of support is classified as the following; we will provide support via email with 2 paragraphs (10 sentences or less.) This level of support may include up to one 10 minute phone call & up to 2 email communications with the cartpros.com support staff. This support level of requires only one 30 minute or less login to hosting server (No Remote PC Control) and 2 email communications or one 20 minute phone call to clarify the points. to the issue.
 
Level V Point Range : 350-500 pts.
  This level support can cover most any other support issue. And will be billed at approximately 275-375 pts per one hour of senior support staff time including phone calls and emails to resolve the issue. This is for worst case problems and difficult support issues.
 
Level VI NO SET POINT VALUE: SPECIAL ISSUES!
  This level has no set value cartpros.com allows you to use support points for custom work and modifications. Cartpros.com will rate such takes at a total support points cost of which you will agree and we will hold until completion of such work.
