To place an order, continue to a product page and select the “add to cart” button and continue through the checkout process.
We will send out an email with the tracking number information upon shipment of your order. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com for any additional questions.
To check the status of an order, please click”My Account” at the top right of the website and then click “orders”. If it is still pending, then please feel free to email or call us with your order number and we will get an answer for you as swiftly as possible.
Product availability is listed on individual product pages above the “add to cart” button. If the product page does not list inventory status, then please feel free to give email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the corresponding part number and we can look into it for you. You can also call, however we provide faster response via email.
We accept all forms of payment except for check. The most common forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Government Purchasing Cards & PayPal. Please add the items to your cart and continue through the checkout process.
Please email email@example.com with your order number with a request for return along with a reason for the return. If a reason for your return is not provided, then we will wait until one is provided before we can process your return.

Invoices are available via the order information sent to your email. From there, you can either print of the email as an invoice or continue to the order status section where you can view the information on CartPros. If you are still having trouble, then please provide us with your 4 digit order number via email to email@example.com or give us a call and provide the 4 digit number. I can provide a duplicate invoice via email with it.
